At Savishkara  which is a a product of LOSANS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account first. If the refund is not reflected, contact your bank. Sometimes there is a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.

Refund Scenario: Course Withdrawal

At Savishkara we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to withdraw from a course. To ensure a fair and transparent refund process, we have outlined a scenario below: Scenario: You have enrolled in a course and, unfortunately, find yourself unable to continue due to unforeseen personal or professional commitments. In such cases, we offer a refund based on the following guidelines:

Notification Period: Notify us within 7 days of the course start date to be eligible for a refund. Late notifications may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Savishkara does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Refund Calculation: In case of any Refunds approved by the Savishkara, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request for course withdrawal, please contact our support team at info@savishkara.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Course Name]”. Include your full name, contact information, email address to contact, and the reason for withdrawal.

Refund eligibility is subject to review and approval. Any promotional discounts or scholarships applied will be factored into the refund calculation.
